Child-centered, family-focused counseling that empowers families to handle a wide array of challenges, focuses on child safety, and connects families to community resources.
A 90-day intervention program that meets regularly with families to identify the barriers that contribute to truancy, work to decrease those barriers, and locate vital community supports and resources.
Developed by the Child Development Institute in Toronto, the Stop Now And Plan (SNAP) program helps children aged 6-11 deal with serious behavioral challenges when they begin to emerge.
Visitation is a time for parents to connect with their child and make happy, lifelong memories. Our Visit Coaching program empowers parents to create a safe and loving environment for their child each time they visit.
