In-Home Family Services
Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children and youth while eliminating the need for out-of-home placement.
In-Home Family Services is a counseling program that empowers families to handle a wide array of challenges related to abuse, substance use, attachment disorders, grief, depression, anxiety, family issues, or relationship problems. This child-centered, family-focused program focuses on child safety and connects families to community resources.
The length of services depends on the needs of the family, but the program is designed to provide services for two months, with additional time added when needed or requested. In-Home Family Services are available in Allegheny County, but eligible families must be referred by the County Office of Children, Youth and Families.
Generous support from Holy Family Institute donors makes our wide variety of programs available to the children and families who need them most. To join our mission of hope and healing, please consider making a donation.
